Husband can divorce even without wife's consent in any of the following cases:-
(a) If the wife lives separately for three consecutive years or more without the husband's consent, except in cases where the husband and wife are living separately by taking part or as if separated according to law,
(b) If the wife does not allow her husband to eat or if she is expelled from the house,
(c) If the wife commits any act or trap in such a way that the husband's limbs are broken or any other great physical or mental suffering,
(d) If the wife is found to have sexual relations with other men.
